Nestled in Missouri’s beautiful Ozarks on the shores of the Gasconade River, Gasconade Hills Resort offers a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  Committed to providing an old fashioned family friendly experience, we offer 16 rustic cabins, 18 RV sites and plenty of tent sites to insure there is something for everyone!  Resort facilities include an on-site convenience store, large pool, river access, camp shower facilities, along with fire pits and picnic tables at each site.  

Of course no visit would be complete without a float trip!  We rent canoes, kayaks, rafts & tubes and offer day trips on the river ranging from four to ten miles in length.  Everyone will enjoy this magnificent stretch of river showcasing amazing scenery, caves and local wildlife including eagles, otters and deer.  The Gasconade River not only offers excellent Smallmouth Bass fishing for the experienced fisherman, but also offers a variety of easy to catch pan fish that insures that almost no one walks away empty handed!

Found just one and a half miles off of the old Route 66, the Resort is one of the oldest Route 66 locations still in operation.  Although we are less than two miles from Interstate 44, you’ll find you can still take a trip down a country road and find yourself in another frame of mind.

All of our cottages include linens.  Each cottage that has a kitchen includes dishes, utensils & a basic set-up of pots and pans.  Each cabin contains a coffee maker and all but #4 also have a toaster.  There is a park style grill located outside each cabin. 

Each camp & RV site includes a fire pit and picnic table.

Gasconade Hills Resort has a camp store for your convenience.  We stock water shoes, t-shirts, squirt guns and ice cream in addition to stuff you may have forgotten like milk, bread and eggs!

Because of our location it is difficult to get reliable internet service.  At this time, wifi is not available.

We have a large pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day.  Please note there is NO LIFE GUARD at the pool.  Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  Proper behavior at the pool is necessary to keep everyone safe.  Anyone unable to be considerate of others or to comply with the posted pool rules will be asked to leave the area for the balance of their stay.

We also have a small playground, basketball court and volleyball net on the grounds.  Just stop by the office to borrow a basketball or volleyball. 

Please note that you will need to purchase your fishing license prior to your visit.  You may do so on-line at http://mdc.mo.gov/permits .  We do not have fishing licenses for sale. 

Every guest MUST sign a waiver. Both sides of the waiver must be completed and signed for children under the age of 18. Completing your waivers ahead of time will speed your check-in on the morning of your float. Our waiver can be found HERE.
