Reservation / Deposit / Cancellation Info

For all cottages, there is a two night minimum stay.  Check-in is between 3:00 - 9:00 PM.  Check-out is 11:00 AM.  Early/late check-in or out depends upon availability and an additional charge applies.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express.  We cannot accept checks at the camp store.

For cabin rentals and camp sites we require a deposit of one night’s stay which is applied to your bill upon check-in.  The balance will be due upon check-in.

For guests who are planning to float only we require a 50% deposit of floating fees to guarantee a reservation.  The balance is due upon check-in.

On non-holiday weekends, if you cancel more than 14 days prior to your reservation we will refund your deposit less a $20 processing fee.  On holiday weekends, you will need to cancel at least 21 days prior to your reservation for a refund of your deposit less the processing fee. 

If you need to cancel at any time after the stated deadline we will refund your deposit less the fee only if we can re-rent your accommodations.  We can often re-rent so if you are unable to make your reservation make sure to let us know!

Please keep in mind that you are making plans for an outdoor activity.  Weather is not predictable and we cannot float if the conditions are dangerous.  It is our policy that if we are unable to allow floating due to high water/low water or dangerous weather you will not pay for the floating portion of your reservation.  However, you are responsible for your lodging/accommodations and the above stated deadlines do apply -- rain or shine.  If you have any questions regarding our policies please do not hesitate to ask.
